TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• A current annual vaccination certificate must be presented prior to check-in. This must be done at least 2 weeks beforehand. Kittens must have age-relevant vaccinations.

• Flea and worm treatments are required and should be administered at least 3 days before check-in.

• Cats must be desexed unless pre-arranged.

• Every cat must arrive in a secure, labeled pet carrier.

• Emergency contact details are required in case cats need vet care. Every effort is made to contact the owners, but if we have to make a decision on vet care, the owner will be responsible for all vet costs, as well as our time and travel charges.

• While we make every effort to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of all cats in our care, we accept no liability for any illness, injury, loss, or death incurred during or after their stay.

PAYMENTS


• Bookings are charged per day, not per night, and will include check-in and check-out days.

• All check-ins/check-outs are by appointment only.

• A 50% deposit is required upon booking, and the balance is to be paid at least 2 days before check-in. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable for bookings during the Christmas period and cannot be credited. Therefore, we recommend choosing your dates carefully. During other times, the deposit can be credited for use during Off-Peak times.

• Minimum charges are 3 days during off-peak periods and 10 days during the Christmas-New Year period (20/12 - 20/1).

• You will be charged for your original booking even if you pick your cat up early during the Christmas peak period. At other off-peak times, any days not used (provided they exceed the minimum charge) may be credited for future off-peak stays.

Please note that our terms and conditions must be signed upon payment of the deposit.
